Psychedelic Therapy in Greenwich, CT

Nikki Fall, LCSW is a licensed psychotherapist, psychoanalyst, and certified psychedelic therapist with an in-person practice in Greenwich, Connecticut. She works with individuals and couples using ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, psilocybin integration, EMDR, and psychoanalysis to help people heal from trauma and reconnect with themselves, others, and the world on deeper levels.

This is not a clinical operation or a ketamine clinic. It is a deeply personal, therapeutically grounded private practice where the medicine is one part of a much larger healing process.

Ketamine Therapy in Greenwich, CT

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is the primary psychedelic service offered at this Greenwich practice. Ketamine is a legal, FDA-recognized medicine that works differently from traditional antidepressants. Rather than requiring weeks to take effect, ketamine can produce meaningful shifts in mood, perception, and emotional access immediately after a session.

It works by blocking NMDA receptors and stimulating AMPA receptors in the brain, forming new synaptic connections and boosting the neural circuits responsible for mood regulation and stress response. In therapeutic terms, this means clients often experience a loosening of rigid mental patterns, greater access to suppressed emotions, and a felt sense of perspective that is difficult to reach through talk alone.

Each ketamine session at this Greenwich practice includes:

  • A 3-hour in-person guided journey using sublingual ketamine lozenges

  • Continuous therapeutic presence and support from Nikki throughout

  • A 45-minute integration conversation within 1-3 days after the session

  • Follow-up integration sessions to anchor the insights into lasting change

New clients require a minimum of two preparation sessions before their first journey, plus a one-time virtual medical intake ($250) for safety screening and ketamine prescription. Individual journey packages start from $1,000.

The Therapeutic Approach: Why This Practice Is Different

Nikki does not offer medicine journeys without preparation and integration. This is a core principle of her practice, not a formality. Psychedelics are not magic pills. They are powerful tools that, in the right setting with the right preparation and the right support, can accelerate a healing process that might otherwise take years. Without that container, and without understanding behavior change with psychedelics, the experience may be interesting but rarely transformative.

Her approach draws on four clinical modalities that work together:

Psychoanalysis and Relational Therapy

Nikki is a trained psychoanalyst through the National Institute for the Psychotherapies in New York. Psychoanalysis explores the unconscious: the defensive structures, relational patterns, and early experiences that quietly shape how we feel, how we relate, and how we see ourselves. This depth of understanding forms the bedrock of how she approaches every client.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS maps the internal world, helping clients understand the different parts of themselves: the protectors, the exiles, the managers, and the Self at the center. When these parts come into contact with the Self in a psychedelic experience, clients are able to access inner strengths and insights about their inner world that would take years to reach through conversation alone.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is an evidence-based trauma therapy that uses bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess memories that have become lodged in the nervous system. Nikki is EMDRIA-certified and integrates EMDR into both psychedelic and non-psychedelic therapeutic work for clients with PTSD, complex trauma, and developmental wounds.

Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy

For clients interested in psilocybin (mushroom) therapy, Nikki is a licensed Colorado Natural Medicine Facilitator. Legal psilocybin journeys are conducted in Denver, CO, with preparation and integration sessions offered in Greenwich or virtually. Psilocybin tends to produce longer, deeper experiences than ketamine and is particularly powerful for existential questions, grief, and relational healing.

Who Seeks Psychedelic Therapy in Greenwich

Clients come to this practice from across Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, Westport, and New York City. They are often high-functioning people who have tried conventional therapy or medication and found it insufficient. Some have never been in therapy at all. What they share is a sense that something important is missing, and a readiness to go deeper.

Common reasons people seek psychedelic therapy in Greenwich:

  • Depression that has not fully responded to medication or traditional therapy

  • Anxiety, OCD, or chronic worry that feels impossible to think their way out of

  • PTSD or complex trauma from childhood, relationships, or acute events

  • Grief and loss, including losses that have never been fully processed

  • A feeling of emotional numbness, disconnection, or going through the motions

  • Couples seeking a deeper reset than talk therapy has been able to provide

  • Personal growth and a desire for greater self-awareness and presence

Couples Psychedelic Therapy in Greenwich

Nikki works with couples using both ketamine and psilocybin to help partners understand how their individual histories shape the relationship. Every couple will find that in moments of conflict or frustration, the wounds carried from the past come alive and distort how they see each other. Medicine can create the conditions for healing powerfully together. We get hurt in relationships, and it is also the place where we heal. Psychedelic medicines in a couples framework helps heal old wounds to see each other more clearly and with more love and compassion.
