I’m a she/her psychotherapist & psychoanalyst in Greenwich, CT, Manhattan, NY and in Denver, Colorado. I use relational, psychoanalytic, IFS, EMDR trauma-informed & psychedelic treatment modalities to help people heal from trauma and pain - to connect to themselves, others and the world on deeper levels, for more peace and calm.

I have been working with individuals and couples in talk therapy for decades and I legally integrate Ketamine and psilocybin mushrooms into the healing process with clients who are interested in psychedelic healing. I have research, teaching & institutional partnership experience in the psychedelic space, and years of experience working legally and therapeutically with psychedelics (individually, in groups and in retreats). I do not offer medicine journeys without a therapeutic process because they are not magic pills or magic carpets that fly us into a better world - they help guide us to more loving views about ourselves, truths that are hidden behind protective thoughts and behind defensive, stuck patterns. Healing is a process, always, even with the support of psychedelic medicines.

As a psychoanalyst, I have always loved the depth of our minds, and I see psychedelics opening up access to ourselves in faster, deeper, and more healing ways. For that reason, I truly love working with medicines. What takes many years in meditation, clients begin to understand within one journey - how their minds work and how to live with more awareness and less reactivity. We are not our thoughts. And we are not our pain. Psychedelics guide us back to connection and compassion.

I am the co-founder of OUR HOUSE psychedelics in community, where I work alongside my friend & colleague Camila Pastor, LCSW to provide more financially accessible, therapy-backed psychedelic group experiences and retreats. We work in NY, Colorado and in any parts of the world where we can legally work with psychedelics.
